This boat has undergone extensive maintenance and upgrades, ensuring it's in top condition. In December 2025, it received a fresh bottom job with ablative paint, and the hull sides were meticulously wet sanded, buffed, and waxed. The burgundy hull stripe was replaced, and the exterior teak was sanded, cleaned, and oiled. Key components such as the stuffing box packing and cutlass bearing were replaced, along with all transom thru-hulls upgraded to stainless steel. A new propane gas solenoid was installed, and updates included a new galley sink manual pump, along with a recent survey, sea trial, and oil reports. In January 2026, the boat was further enhanced with a new Neil Pride fully battened main and genoa headsail, along with dinghy davits and new drive shaft zincs. Repairs were made to the water tank level gauge and an exhaust elbow leak, and the exterior teak received an additional coat of oil. February 2026 saw the installation of a stove top cutting board and replacements for several water supply hoses, including those for the galley sink and head. A new shower sump was added, as well as an HVAC water pump power cable, and an Airlock clean air device at the HVAC filter. The HVAC condensate line was rerouted, and numerous hose clamps were repaired, along with the installation of a second VHF radio in the cockpit. March 2026 included the addition of a new EPIRB (registration required), a replaced refrigerator water pump, and a USCG safety inspection. In April 2026, all chain plate cap plates were removed for thorough excavation and resealing with new sealant. May 2026 focused on repairing the wind instrument. Previous maintenance included the replacement of standing rigging in 2021, chain plates by Sneads Yard in 2019, and hull epoxy barrier coating in 2020. Additional upgrades included a new Sunbrella bimini top, Neil Pryde sail bag, and a holding tank with plumbing in 2021. The boat is equipped with a Raritan electric head, newer reverse cycle AC, water heater, and a Phaser 6.5 kW generator with only 120 hours of use. It features three AGM batteries, a Xantrex 1500W inverter/75A charger, and a Yanmar 3HM35F engine with 230 hours on a rebuild. Included are a Mantus anchor (55 lb) with swivel and 135 ft of chain, an electric windlass, and upgraded cabin lights, fans, galley faucet, and microwave. The kitchen boasts a newer Force 10 stove and oven combo, along with a Garmin 840xs GPS in the nav pod, Raymarine ST8001 smart autopilot and depth sounder, and Standard Horizon GX2100 VHF with AIS at the nav station. All necessary safety equipment is included, such as flares, life jackets, and first aid kits, along with many new parts, fasteners, sealants, starter, liquids, tools, and more.
