This immaculate IPY boat has been meticulously maintained and is ready for your next adventure. The sails are in excellent shape, and the rigging has been recently updated, with chain plates replaced in 2011. A favorable survey was conducted in 2024, highlighting the vessel's great condition. Recent upgrades include the addition of a bi-facial solar panel, the removal of the holding tank and hoses in favor of a composting toilet, and the installation of Kato Marine davits. A new Garmin 215 VHF with AIS receiver has been connected via NMEA 2000 to the chart plotter. Additional enhancements feature a new stainless steel exhaust mixing elbow, a bottom job that included the removal of the holding tank discharge thru-hull, and the fiberglassing of that hole. All interior cushions have been re-upholstered, and the engine's raw water intake ball valve has been replaced. The tank has been cleaned and the fuel polished, with blocks and running rigging replaced where necessary. The shaft packing gland has also been updated, along with a switch to LED interior lights and the installation of a carbon monoxide detector. The propane tank has been re-certified.
