Introducing the Catalac 9 Meter, a well-crafted molded FRP catamaran designed as a masthead sloop rig, powered by twin gasoline outboard engines. This conventional vessel features raked stems and a modified transom stern. According to the 2021 survey report, the boat was professionally prepared and recoated in 2000 with two layers of epoxy barrier coat, showing no signs of osmosis or damage, and is in excellent hull condition. The deck boasts a molded, cored FRP construction with an integral nonskid surface across all weather decks, complemented by stainless steel stanchions and woven safety netting for added safety. A self-bailing cockpit and functional mooring hardware ensure ease of use, while the molded trunk cabin provides good ventilation and access to the interior. Inside, the main cabin features a helm station on the port side, seating, and easy access to the galley and berthing area via steps down the port and starboard hulls. The interior is well-maintained with ample light and ventilation. The mast and boom are extruded and anodized, equipped with a reliable rigging system that includes a masthead sloop configuration with an inner stay and split backstay. Sails include a serviceable mainsail, a 150% roller furling Genoa, and a spinnaker. The vessel is equipped with two Lewmar halyard winches and two Lewmar #40 primary winches. Powering this vessel are two 9.9 HP, 4-stroke outboard motors from 2021, complete with fuel filters and three-blade aluminum propellers, boasting under 200 hours of operation. Other notable features include two 12VDC bilge pumps, fresh water and reverse osmosis feed pumps, and well-secured batteries in acid-proof trays. Fuel and fresh water tanks are efficiently integrated. Safety equipment includes life jackets, a radar reflector, a flare kit, and a first aid kit, along with a 45# CQR anchor and a 12VDC double drum anchor windlass. For convenience, the boat comes with solar panels, a dual voltage refrigerator, custom cushions, and a Whaly 12ft tender with a bimini and Yamaha outboard. While the vessel is currently a bit cluttered due to the owner's unexpected travel, plans to tidy up are in the works. All offers are welcomed.
