ACCOMMODATIONS: This vessel features a center cockpit layout with 2 cabins and 2 heads, comfortably sleeping up to 6 people. Air conditioning is set up for 3 units (currently removed, but wiring and ducting are intact). There are 4 sealed ports and 15 opening hatches (7 on deck with covers, 4 in the hull, and 4 in the cockpit combing), along with 4 deck prisms and 4 dorades for ventilation. The cabin sole is made of maintenance-free laminate. The navigation station is located to port with a swing-out stool, and the dinette table is also to port, positioned forward of the nav station. On the starboard side, there are two large chairs upholstered in dark blue leather, which is in good condition. The master cabin is a spacious aft cabin with an ensuite head and shower enclosure, while the guest cabin features 4 single berths and a Pullman head with shower enclosure. Headroom throughout is an impressive 6’6”, and there are 2 heads equipped with manual saltwater toilets.
GALLEY: The galley is equipped with a 4-burner stove/oven, top and front-loading refrigeration (the compressor has been removed, but a replacement is on board), and a top and front-loading freezer. Although there is no microwave oven, there is space and power available for one. The galley features a stainless steel twin basin sink, an ample water supply of 1100 L / 290 Gal, and a stainless steel water heater located in the engine compartment. There is plenty of storage, although the trash cabinet door is missing. The galley includes a Daewoo mini bulkhead-mounted washing machine, and the trash compactor has been removed, with space now utilized for a garbage can.
ELECTRONICS: The boat is equipped with a B&G Zeus plotter, Simrad radar, and B&G autopilot with two units (one connected to steering and a backup unit for easy connection). Additional electronics include B&G speed/depth instruments, wind instruments, VHF (to be replaced), multi/graphic displays, a stereo system, and a binnacle-mounted compass from 2025. Three repeater screens at the nav station are currently disconnected.
ELECTRICAL: The vessel has a 12v/24v system and a 110v/220v system with a Mastervolt isolation transformer for US/EU compatibility (installed in 2022). It features a Mastervolt inverter/charger (2022) and 6 house batteries (200AH each) along with 1 starter battery (2025). Shore power is provided through a 50 Amp connection. The interior and navigation lights are LED, and there are USB outlets available. Although the previous solar panels and controller have been removed, wiring remains in place, and there is a robust bimini structure for mounting new panels.
SAILS & RIGGING: The mast was painted in 2025, and sheaves, sleeves, and bushings were replaced the same year. The mast step has been rebuilt, headstay replaced, and standing rigging was updated in 2018 (with turnbuckles replaced in 2025). The running rigging is 75% replaced (2022-2025), with one halyard cover parted. The main sail features boom furling (Ulman 2022), and there are furling genoa (North 2021) and staysail (North) sails, along with an asymmetrical spinnaker in a sock (UK). The mast is keel-stepped and has been serviced and painted in 2025. The roller furling system includes an electric genoa and manual staysail, with solid vang and primary winches (Lewmar 66 electric, serviced 2025), secondary winches (Lewmar 44, serviced 2025), and a Lewmar 54 electric halyard winch (serviced 2025). There are three halyard winches on the mast (all serviced 2025) and 8 clutches (with the port clutch on the cockpit combing needing replacement). Additional features include a Windex, a split backstay, and a traveler located aft of the cockpit. The air draft is 69’.
DECK & HULL: The hull is white, matched by a white deck with grey nonskid. The shoal draft is 5’9”, and the boat is equipped with a bow thruster. The canvas includes a dodger, while the bimini canvas is currently absent, though a robust bimini structure is present. The cockpit features cushions, covers on all hatches, a folding cockpit table, and a sugar scoop swim platform with a swim ladder. There is also a transom shower for convenience. The anchor setup includes a large plow anchor on the bow roller and a second anchor stored aft, with two long sections of chain and a considerable amount of rode. The Maxwell electric windlass has been rebuilt in 2025 (the chain counter at the helm needs replacement). Storage lockers are available in the transom steps and two lazarettes. The bottom was fully sandblasted and painted in 2022, and all through-hulls have been replaced. The hull and deck were compounded and waxed in 2025.
MECHANICAL: The vessel is powered by a Yanmar 4JH110 engine (110HP), replaced in 2018 with only 600 hours of use. The air conditioning units have been removed, and the prop is a 4-blade MaxProp from 2018. The stuffing box is equipped with a PYS dripless shaft seal (2018). The boat has a fresh water capacity of 1100L, and a Spectra Catalina MKII - 300 watermaker (pickled in 2023) is included. The stainless-steel water heater and both electric and manual bilge pumps ensure convenience. There are three Raycor filters, with an oil and filter change completed in 2025, and a new impeller also installed in 2025. The throttle is a Morse model (2025), and the vessel has two manual saltwater heads with Raratan Lectrasan Type 1 MSD macerators. The fuel tanks hold a total of 990 L / 235 Gal (no fuel currently aboard).
The asking price reflects the need for attention on several items, including: reinstallation of air conditioning (3 compressor units removed), refrigeration (install compressor on board), removal of the generator (with fuel, water, and power distribution lines in place), replacement of a non-structural marine plywood section in the bulkhead (see water intrusion disclosure), addressing discolored and peeling wood veneer in the main salon, and replacing the cabinet door where the trash compactor was removed from the galley. Solar panels and the solar controller have been removed, but power cables are still in place. A bimini cover is needed, and rubber seals around lazarettes and anchor lockers require replacement. The windlass chain counter needs attention, and two halyards have frayed in the running rigging. Additional tasks include replacing mirrors in the forward head, reconnecting electronics (VHF, disconnected displays at nav station), assessing tank gauges at the nav station, recharging and installing the fire suppression system main tank, tuning the mast and standing rigging upon launch, fixing the handle on the grill, replacing the propane tank, and maintaining exterior wood.
