Introducing the Southport 29 Tournament Edition, the ultimate choice for passionate anglers. This model mirrors the 29 CC but features an upgraded leaning post and extra rod holders tailored for serious fishing. The leaning post boasts four rod holders conveniently located behind the backrest, along with two lockable storage compartments beneath the footrest. It also includes a holder for your knife, pliers, rigging needle, and ice pick. On the port side, you'll find a lockable tackle storage tray and a spacious drawer for all your gear. This is the final year for the 29TE, which is exclusively designed for dedicated Southport fishermen and features the Coffin Box lounge chair seat option, enhancing fishability compared to the standard Forward Entertainment design. The boat is equipped with new Yamaha Joysticks and controls, replaced in 2024, and has only 500 hours on the F300 engines, with all service records available. It was freshly detailed on February 25, and the Touchscreen Furunos were updated in December 2024, complemented by an Open Array radar. Unlike the standard aft-facing seats found on the 27 CC and 29 CC models, the 29 Tournament Edition features a waist-high fresh/saltwater sink, an insulated bait box with a gasketed lid, and a 45-gallon oval live-well accessible while standing. Each hatch is topped with cutting board lids, providing four feet of rigging space, and strategically placed LED lights illuminate the rigging area for nighttime fishing.
