The vessel has not been used or moved in over three years, so all systems should be inspected, tested, serviced, and repaired as necessary before any use. Inside, you will find a layout featuring 4 cabins and 2 heads, with two cabins currently repurposed as storage and utility areas, which can be reverted back. There is an active leak at the port forward hatch, leading to interior mold and damage to the paneling in that section. Additional woodwork and cosmetic finishes in the starboard companionway and aft cabin will also need attention. The seller has reported several updates made between 2022 and 2023, such as the replacement of all thru-hulls and valves, installation of dripless shaft seals, cutlass bearings, cleaning of the fuel tank, replumbing, resealing, polishing, a new 15K BTU Dometic air conditioning unit, a new Isotherm water heater, new headliners in multiple areas, and a 4 × 330W solar array.
