This one-of-a-kind 58' Mares Power Cat Sport Fish - Convertible has undergone a complete restoration in 2015/2016, featuring new exterior paint and a full interior upgrade. The starboard engine was completely rebuilt 85 hours ago, while the port engine has 1400 hours since its major overhaul at 2000 hours. The extensive 2015/2016 restoration included a complete hull and superstructure repaint by Owl Creek in 2016, a full interior renovation of soft goods, cabinetry, bedding, hardware, and appliances. All hatches were replaced with high-quality S/O Bomar/Latitude 26 models, and custom upholstery was fitted for ceilings and walls. The galley features a redesigned, spacious cabinetry setup with restored teak flooring and a new Isotherm refrigerator/freezer. Upgraded electronics include a Garmin 7616 Multi-Touch GPSMAP Chartplotter/Sonar combo with an integrated engine room camera, SIMRAD AP 28 Auto Pilot, IC-M506 VHF Radio, and a FUSION stereo system with an amplifier and subwoofer. The engines have been majorly serviced, with the port engine currently at 3300 hours and the starboard engine recently rebuilt with under 100 hours. Both main engines were serviced less than 15 hours ago, and the 20 KW Onan generator, which draws fuel from the main tanks, has been serviced recently as well. The boat features two 100-gallon fiberglass water tanks and two 265-gallon main fuel tanks, providing a cruising range of approximately 300 miles at 22 to 23 knots and up to 750 miles at 8 to 9 knots. Five A/C units ensure comfort, with three replaced or upgraded in recent years. The heads have been fully retrofitted with stainless steel macerator blades. The hull features stepped sponsons for a smooth ride, and regular maintenance, including bottom paint and propeller reconditioning, keeps her in excellent condition.
