The renowned PELORUS stands as a premier superyacht with an illustrious heritage. Spanning 115 meters (377.3 feet) and boasting a gross tonnage of 5,403GT, this motor yacht features a robust steel hull and a custom aluminum superstructure built to DNV-GL classification standards, delivered by Lurssen in 2003. Crafted by two of the most esteemed yacht designers, Tim Heywood provided her striking exterior, while Terence Disdale created her luxurious beachside villa-style interiors. Since her launch, PELORUS has undergone three major refits: in 2008 at Blohm+Voss, where a second helipad was added, at Kusch Yachts in 2017, and most recently, a comprehensive overhaul and maintenance, including a special survey. Her exterior is impressive, featuring a sun deck with a spacious pool equipped with counter-current jets, a jacuzzi, a bar, and al fresco dining options. There are five balconies and sea terraces on both the main and lower decks, including two that serve the dining area and main salon, while another stunning balcony opens from a guest cabin on the lower deck. The yacht is equipped with helipads on the foredeck and on the owner's deck, leading to a private terrace. An elevator facilitates access across all guest decks from the lower level to the sun deck, making it ideal for multi-generational use. The upper deck is tailored for entertainment, featuring a vast outdoor dining area and lounges under an overhang, alongside ample versatile deck space and walkaround sidedecks. Inside, the panoramic sky lounge boasts a large bar, generous seating, and a massive screen, complemented by nightclub lighting and sound systems, with a hidden illuminated dancefloor. There’s also a tiered cinema with a world-class audio-visual setup at the front. The lower deck aft is dedicated to wellness, featuring a large gym with a sea terrace, a massage and treatment room, a hair salon, a steam room, a plunge pool, a hydrotherapy spa, and a relaxation lounge. The owner's deck includes private terraces at both ends, a luxurious bedroom suite with 200-degree views, an expansive bathroom, a dressing room, and a lounge with a study, along with a butler’s cabin. The yacht accommodates 24 guests in 12 cabins, including VIP and guest suites on the upper deck, two guest suites on the main deck, and three more guest cabins. It also supports a crew of up to 46, including seven engineers for reliability and five personal staff for top-tier service. PELORUS features custom tenders, including a 11.2m (36.7ft) limo and an 8.5m (27.9ft) sport tender by Vikal, stored on the main deck and launched via horizontal davits. Additionally, she has ample storage for other tenders, toys, and scuba diving gear. Powered by twin 5,300hp Wartsila diesel engines, she reaches a top speed of 20 knots, cruises comfortably at 18 knots, and has a transoceanic range of 6,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 16 knots. Two sets of Quantum zero-speed stabilizers ensure a smooth ride.
