The renowned PELORUS stands as a pinnacle of superyacht excellence, measuring 115 meters (377.3 feet) and boasting a gross tonnage of 5,403 GT. Built with a robust steel hull and an aluminum superstructure, she was meticulously crafted to DNV-GL standards by Lurssen and launched in 2003. Her striking exterior was designed by the acclaimed Tim Heywood, while her luxurious interiors were envisioned by Terence Disdale. Since her debut, PELORUS has undergone three major refits: the first at Blohm+Voss in 2008, where a second helipad was added, followed by enhancements at Kusch Yachts in 2017, and most recently, a comprehensive refit that included a special survey. The yacht features an impressive sun deck equipped with a large pool with counter-current jets, a jacuzzi, a bar, and an open-air dining area. Guests can enjoy five balconies and sea terraces across the main and lower decks, with two providing access from the dining room and main saloon, while another offers a stunning view from a lower deck guest cabin. The wellness area on the lower deck aft includes a fully equipped gym with its own sea terrace, a massage room, treatment room, hair salon, steam room, plunge pool, hydrotherapy spa, and a relaxation room. The dedicated owner’s deck features a luxurious bedroom suite with breathtaking 200-degree views, an expansive bathroom and dressing room, a large lounge, a study, and a butler’s cabin. Accommodating up to 24 guests in 12 cabins, PELORUS offers VIP and guest suites on the upper deck, alongside two guest suites on the main deck and three additional suites. The crew quarters can accommodate up to 46 crew members, including seven engineers for operational reliability and five personal staff to ensure exceptional service. Her custom tenders, which consist of an 11.2-meter (36.7-foot) limo and an 8.5-meter (27.9-foot) sport tender, are stored on the main deck aft and launched via horizontal davits through shell doors. PELORUS also provides ample storage for additional tenders and a wide array of toys and scuba diving gear. Powered by twin 5,300 hp Wartsila diesel engines, she can reach a top speed of 20 knots, cruise comfortably at 18 knots, and has an impressive transoceanic range of 6,000 nautical miles at a passage speed of 16 knots, all while ensuring stability with two sets of Quantum zero-speed stabilizers.
