This boat boasts numerous upgrades and enhancements by its current owner, including: a new Quantum Dacron Cross Cut Cruising Mainsail and a 120% Furling Genoa, both added in January 2026; a new Lazy Jack system with sail cover; and fresh anti-fouling paint applied in January 2026. Comfort is ensured with a new Mabru 12,000 BTU reverse cycle AC/heater system installed in Fall 2022. The helm features a new Raymarine Axiom 7” chartplotter, also from Fall 2022, while 330 watts of semi-rigid solar power with Victron Controllers were added between 2022 and 2025. A new Honda 5 hp outboard, purchased in Spring 2022, complements the vessel's reliability. The cockpit table and companionway stairs have been meticulously refinished with Epifanes, with the latter completed in January 2026. Key maintenance upgrades include replacing the thru-hull for the air conditioning unit, the March water pump for the Mabru AC, and the bilge pump float switch, all within the last few years. A new Galvanic Isolator and bonded thru-hulls were added in December 2025. Safety features include a McMurdo Smart Find 68 AIS EPIRB, VHF radio servicing, and a new remote control VHF microphone at the helm. The boat is equipped with a new Honda portable generator, a 4-person Revere life raft, and a Life Sling 2 for added safety. The main salon now includes a new Hisense 36” Smart TV, and overhead lights were upgraded to LED in Spring 2023. Additional enhancements include replacing cigarette lighter 12v plugs with USB ports, a new boom, a rebuilt rudder, and regular oil changes from 2022 to 2025. The odometer was also replaced in Fall 2022. This vessel is Coast Guard registered through May 2027 and is located in Fajardo, Puerto Rico at Safe Harbor Puerto del Rey.
