Recent upgrades include electronics and battery replacements, and the bilge is clean and dry, with all AC units draining into dedicated pump boxes. The teak, gelcoat, and interior are in outstanding, nearly new condition. With low engine hours due to a comprehensive sail inventory, this boat can sail efficiently even in light winds, achieving over 8 knots in 12 knots of wind or 8 knots with a code sail. It handles all points of sail well and is easy to reef single-handedly. Docking is simplified with a bow thruster and remote control for single-handed operation. The owner is providing a comprehensive turnover, including all maintenance records, receipts, and numerous spares, dock lines, power cords, and fenders—everything needed to start cruising right away.
