Its hull and superstructures—including the deck, deckhouse, and flybridge—are crafted using advanced infusion techniques, resulting in a lighter build with superior construction quality. The structural trays in the bow and engine room are also made via infusion, utilizing modern structural adhesives in place of traditional clamps. The fiberglass construction employs multiaxial fabric with a powder binder, while neopentilic and isophtalic spray gelcoat enhance durability. PVC foam sandwich panels are integrated into the hull, deck, and superstructures, with anticollision structural bulkheads in the engine room and bow made of infused PVC sandwich. Structural integrity has been verified through FEM analysis, a method commonly used in aerospace and automotive industries, allowing for precise simulations of the boat's performance under extreme conditions. The internal layers of the hull and superstructures are reinforced with DCPD resin, while vinylester resins protect the outer layers against osmosis and staining. Recently updated features include fresh bottom paint and Propspeed, new cabin carpeting, a complete 1000-hour service on engines and generator, new underwater lights, and a new AC unit in the main salon.
