This yacht features a hull constructed using advanced sandwich technology with a structural compressed foam core, finished in a striking white with navy blue stripes. The bi-directional E-glass is strategically placed to enhance strength while optimizing weight. High-stress areas around the keel, rudder, and through-hull fittings are reinforced with solid laminate. The 2023 hull is molded in female molds for a superior surface finish, complemented by a structural bulkhead made of marine plywood with varying thicknesses from 16 to 30 mm. A robust hot-galvanized steel frame is integrated into the hull to absorb all loads from the keel, mast, and rigging, while a single-point hoist ensures easy and safe lifting and launching. A stainless steel bathing ladder is mounted for convenience, and a standard keel is available for those preferring a shallower draft. The deck is also constructed with sandwich technology and features bi-directional E-glass for optimal strength and weight. The outer layer is coated with white sprayed Gelcoat (RAL 9010), while the side decks are Awl-Gripped in a gray non-skid finish. High-quality molded locker lids provide storage, and a large bow locker offers deck and interior access. The cockpit features a 9 mm thick teak surface, along with teak capping on the bulwark. An electric windlass and stainless steel anchor are housed in the anchor locker, and gas springs assist with the sail cabin and cockpit lockers. A recessed halyard locker and a custom aluminum pushpit with an arch and pulpit enhance functionality. Sail handling is streamlined with Harken electric primary winches, a mainsheet system, and Andersen electrical winches for halyards. The deck is equipped with adjustable genoa cars and control lines for ease of use, alongside both asymmetric and symmetric spinnaker gear. Sails include a Doyle mainsail, a 106% jib, and a 136% genoa, along with a storm staysail and various spinnakers. The mast is a tapered three-spreader fractional design made from silver anodized aluminum, mounted on a steel frame. It features an in-boom furler and hydraulic vang, with new discontinuous rod rigging and turnbuckles. The yacht offers a spacious accommodation layout with three cabins and three heads. Power is provided by a VOLVO D2 75 HP engine, coupled with a 3-blade folding propeller. The plumbing system includes Spinlock seacocks and stainless steel fittings, a fresh water tank, and hot water provided by an Isotherm tank. Additional features include three electric fridges, air conditioning units, and Espar D5 diesel central heating. For electrical needs, a Mastervolt lithium battery system supports services, while an AGM battery is dedicated to engine starts. Shore power installation includes a converter for 110V AC distribution, with a Mastervolt battery charger and a Fisher Panda 5 KVA generator. Navigation is facilitated by a new Brookes & Gatehouse chartplotter at the nav station, along with sailing instruments positioned above the companionway. A Raymarine autopilot and VHF radio enhance safety. Additional offshore gear includes lee cloths for bunks and an 8-man life raft.
