This yacht features a robust composite structure, utilizing a lightweight, strong hull and deck made from seamless vacuum-bagged biaxial E glass in epoxy resin over Baltec Contourkore. The interior's structural bulkheads are made with Nomex panels, allowing for significant weight reduction. After construction, she was transported to Derecktor Shipyards in Mamaroneck, New York, where skilled craftsmen outfitted her with top-of-the-line systems, machinery, and exquisite joinery, culminating in her launch in 1998.
