Introducing Mr. Ed, an exceptional opportunity to own an affordable cruising and liveaboard yacht that promises years of enjoyment without the need for extensive shipyard time. Recently completed is an extensive eight-month refit, featuring a stunning full Awlcraft 2000 paint job, new interior carpeting, stylish furniture, a remodeled master bath, new canvas, and cushions, among many other upgrades. The custom design allows for a seamless flow from the pilot house to the aft deck, creating an expansive feel typical of much larger yachts. The cockpit was extended prior to 2001, increasing its length from 63’ to an impressive 70’. **Pilothouse:** Accessible via port and starboard sliding doors, the pilothouse boasts a teak helm equipped with updated electronics, analog gauges, and an electric breaker panel. A cozy bench seat is perfectly positioned under the opening panels leading to the galley. The sole in the pilothouse and galley was recently installed in June 2021, with the windows having been removed and rebedded during the refit. **Galley:** Located just aft of the pilothouse, the galley features expansive granite countertops, a smooth cooktop (new as of May 2021), a double stainless-steel sink with an opening pass-thru to the salon, a stainless dishwasher, fridge, and double ovens. The area is well-lit with new LED lighting and offers generous cabinet and drawer space. **Salon:** The salon received all new carpeting and furniture in spring 2021. The forward area features a bistro-style round table and chairs opposite a wet bar with an icemaker. Further aft, you'll find a full-size sofa, an armchair, and an additional comfortable chair facing the entertainment center with a flat-screen TV. **Aft Deck:** Accessed through double sliding glass doors, the aft deck presents a spacious, full-beam teak area with comfortable seating and a coffee table, along with a bistro table and chairs. This area is climate-controlled with reverse cycle air conditioning or can be opened up with new isinglass panels and sliding wing doors. A custom awning provides ample shade. **Cockpit:** This versatile space is perfect for line handling, fishing, water sports, or simply relaxing with a drink. A new swim platform was added in March 2021. **Flybridge:** Easily accessible via a stairway from the salon, the flybridge features a helm station with complete controls and electronics, three Release captain's chairs, a wet bar with a new refrigerator, a teak sole, and bench seating with a dining table. It also includes aft-facing seating, a rebuilt 1,000 lb. davit, and space for a dinghy or jet ski, as well as an 8-man liferaft. New bimini and windshield enhance its functionality, along with a KVH satellite antenna. **Foredeck:** The foredeck is equipped with a bow seat featuring new cushions and cover, an electric windlass, and a capstan, along with Glendinning-operated shore cords and teak and stainless handrails. **Master Stateroom:** This private retreat, accessed via stairs from the salon, features a king-sized bed, a full-beam layout, a hanging locker, a walk-in closet, ample drawer space, and an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a custom tiled walk-in shower, new countertop and basin, a new head and pump, and new flooring. **VIP Stateroom:** This cozy space offers a queen-sized bed, a hanging locker, drawers, brand new air conditioning, and a private ensuite head and shower with a deck hatch. **Guest Cabins:** The port side guest cabin features a double bed, hanging locker, and drawers, while the starboard cabin offers upper and lower bunk beds, along with a hanging locker and drawers. Both cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning and share a head and shower with separate doors. **Engine Room:** The full beam walk-in engine room provides excellent access to all machinery. Recent upgrades include new batteries (Spring 2021), serviced engines and generator, painted components, replaced hoses, a new 12v battery charger, serviced A/C system, and replaced vacuum head pumps. The mains have less than 2500 hours of use. **Laundry:** A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located outside the engine room in a small pantry area. **Electronics:** The yacht is equipped with a Robertson AP9 autopilot, Naiad stabilizers, Side Power bow thruster, Garmin GPS 5212, Furuno radar, Azimuth 1000 electronic compass, Icom VHF, and analog engine gauges. **Work List (September 2020 - July 2021):** Includes a complete AWLCRAFT 2000 paint job, bottom paint (March 2021), replacement of cutless bearings, a new swim platform, servicing of all through-hull valves, new house and starting batteries, and comprehensive maintenance on engines and generator, including oil and filter changes, fuel polishing, and cleaning fuel tanks. New AC units, stereo systems, navigation lights, biminis, cushions, and canvas were also added, along with multiple window rebedding.
