Collaborating with Ocean 5 Naval Architects, we introduced two initial models: a 3-meter (10 ft) boat and a 3.8-meter (12.5 ft) boat, both with dimensions and weight comparable to RIB specifications. These boats are designed for exceptional stability, a smooth ride with a fine entry, and impressive load-carrying capabilities. They feature recessed motor mounting wells to enhance flotation at the stern and keep the motor protected from the main vessel. With generous gunnels and a flat foredeck, accessing docks is made easier and riding is comfortable. Our CAD designs were meticulously crafted and sent to a tooling manufacturer that utilized large five-axis milling machines to create female molds. The latest in vacuum resin infusion techniques were employed in the manufacturing process, resulting in a lightweight yet robust boat. We also designed a custom extrusion for the rub rail, ensuring it is soft and ample enough to protect the main vessel from dings and abrasions. All boats are proudly manufactured in Stuart, FL, USA.
