Ultra Lite tenders are expertly crafted to serve as the ideal yacht tender for trawlers, yachts, sailboats, catamarans, and sportfishing vessels. Offering a premium alternative to inflatable boats, these tenders are designed for those seeking a rigid craft, often opting for flats boats or skiffs instead. We collaborated with Ocean 5 Naval Architects to develop two initial models: a 3-meter (10 ft) and a 3.8-meter (12.5 ft) boat. Their dimensions and weight align closely with traditional RIB specifications. Built for stability, a smooth ride, and impressive load capacity, these boats feature recessed motor mounting wells that enhance flotation at the rear and keep the motor safely away from the main vessel. The generous gunnels and flat foredeck allow for easy access from docks and ensure a comfortable ride. Our CAD designs were expertly converted into female molds using advanced five-axis milling machines. The production process employs cutting-edge vacuum resin infusion techniques, resulting in a lightweight yet robust boat. To protect the main vessel from scratches and impacts, we've designed a custom extrusion for the rub rail that is both soft and generously sized. All boats are proudly manufactured in Stuart, FL, USA.
