Construction-wise, the Tashiba 36 features a robust hull made from hand-laminated, one-piece fiberglass with strategic stringers for maximum support. Its internal cast iron ballast is securely bedded with fiberglass and polyester resin. The deck and house are also hand-laminated with balsa sandwich construction, ensuring durability. Reinforcements include marine-grade plywood and stainless steel backing plates for deck hardware.
