Over the past 56 years, she has delivered unforgettable family cruising experiences from the Chesapeake Bay to Maine, alongside an impressive racing pedigree, including Class Wins in the Annapolis to Bermuda Races in 1982 and 1986. Her robust hull, constructed from strip-planked Honduran mahogany with bronze edge nailing and resorcinol glue, is framed with durable white oak, complemented by bronze floors, a mast step, a centerboard case, and a centerboard, making her arguably one of the strongest S&S 40s in existence. Therapy is fully equipped for offshore adventures, classic yacht races, and coastal cruising, featuring a spacious and uncluttered interior layout along with an optimized deck design. She has been consistently maintained and upgraded to the highest standards, ensuring she remains in excellent condition without the need for major refits.
