The Rinker 330 Fiesta Vee, known as the 340 Fiesta Vee from 2000 to 2001 and the 342 Fiesta Vee from 2002 to 2006, is a popular midsize family cruiser that combines stylish design, a spacious interior, and an attractive price point for budget-conscious boaters. Built on a wide semi-V hull, the original midcabin layout featured a uniquely positioned galley refrigerator under the double berth. While earlier models had low headroom in both fore and aft berths, significant improvements were made in 2000 with a lowered salon floor and new taller foredeck tooling, enhancing cabin headroom and overall living space. In 2002, an all-new floorplan was introduced, along with an extended swim platform and increased fuel capacity, marking the transition to the 342 Fiesta Vee.
