Recently, DOROTHY ANN underwent a comprehensive refit funded by her owner, exceeding $1.2 million, enhancing her aesthetic appeal, comfort, electronics, audio systems, deck fittings, air conditioning, machinery, hydraulic, and electrical systems. The outcome is a contemporary, fast, and highly functional Pershing 82, presenting fresh updates and significant investments in key areas that discerning buyers prioritize. The 2024-2025 refit included a custom exterior paint job, new teak decking throughout the side decks, foredeck, cockpit, and flybridge, along with bespoke teak tables, a salon makeover, new leather headliner, upgraded audio systems, and fresh Sunbrella cushions and covers. DOROTHY ANN's exterior has received significant attention during her recent refit, featuring custom paint, renewed teak on the side decks, foredeck, cockpit, and flybridge, custom teak tables, new Sunbrella cushions, and three custom sunshades with carbon-fiber poles. Her deck equipment includes a retractable carbon-fiber hardtop, hydraulic passerelle, swim platform, transom garage for tender storage, swim ladder, cockpit shower, a table for outdoor dining, underwater lights, and a spacious sunpad area on the foredeck. Internally, the yacht has been revitalized with salon refurbishment, a new leather headliner, upgraded entertainment systems, flat-screen displays, Starlink, Wi-Fi, and enhanced climate control. The air conditioning system was extensively overhauled during the refit, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere with a new large compressor and an additional unit in the master stateroom. The main-deck galley is fully equipped for extended use, featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigeration, and washing machine. DOROTHY ANN features both main and flybridge helm stations with updated bridge electronics. Her navigation and communication equipment includes radar, autopilot, a chartplotter package, VHF, AIS, compass, depth sounder/sonar, log/speedometer, wind instrumentation, and Starlink connectivity.
