Ocean Alexander Raised Pilothouse Flybridge Sedan 2005

Join us at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2025 to explore this meticulously updated vessel! From July to December 2024, extensive work was completed, including sanding, fairing, and repainting the bottom and hull, along with all bottom zincs. The prop shaft seals and rudder seals were replaced, and the props were cleaned. Additional enhancements included installing a Chirp transducer, replacing rudder flange bearings and seals, and refiberglassing the rudder through-hull. The lazarette was pressure cleaned, and the flybridge and hardtop were compounded and waxed. The aft deck's teak steps and ladder were restored, and all chillers received complete servicing. The helm and flybridge now feature cutting-edge NEMA 2000 electronics, including navigation, GPS, autopilot, radar, VHF, transducer, and AIS, along with new panels to cover existing holes. Every stateroom and salon is equipped with new TVs and soundbars, and the deck now boasts new cameras and a StarLink system. Inside, the vessel showcases all-new carpeting, a stylish salon couch, chairs, coffee table, and fresh decor, plus new linens and bedding in the staterooms and heads. A full service for both the engine and generator was performed at 2000 hours, along with the addition of new vessel tools and maintenance equipment. The salon and pilothouse A/C pumps were also upgraded, and the main helm dash was reupholstered. All halogen lights have been replaced with energy-efficient LEDs, and the galley now features new cutlery, glassware, and countertop appliances, along with a new six-man life raft. The davit cylinder was rebuilt, and the rotator and cable were serviced. From February to May 2025, further upgrades will include flybridge interior and exterior painting, hardtop refinements, and various glass repairs. The underwater lights will be replaced, with labor provided for their installation. An exterior detail will be conducted, and a load test will be performed on the davit. Three new flood lights will enhance the flybridge and cockpit areas, and the flybridge aft bench will be reupholstered. Additionally, the auto anchor display will be replaced, and fiberglass repairs will be made to the stanchions and swim platform.
