Marlow 80 Explorer 2014

"PAWS FOR LIFE" is a truly unique gem in today's boating market, still owned by its original owner who previously had a Marlow 70E, and captained by the same individual who has been with the vessel since its inception. This Marlow 80 Explorer Command Bridge exemplifies versatility and outstanding design. Featuring a bespoke 3-stateroom layout, "PAWS FOR LIFE" boasts a full-beam master suite with a centerline king bed and an impressive his-and-her head arrangement. The spacious VIP stateroom forward includes a centerline queen bed, two upper single berths, and an ensuite head. The guest cabin to port offers roomy side-by-side berths with its own ensuite head, while the crew quarters at the rear come equipped with a full queen bed, an oversized convertible U-shaped dinette, and an additional single berth above the dinette, along with its own head and private shower. The abundant storage throughout the vessel is designed for long-term cruising, making it an excellent choice for living aboard. Enter the salon through double doors from the aft deck, where you'll find exquisite Burmese book-matched teak woodwork, all sourced from a single hand-selected tree by David Marlow, along with custom bookcases, cabinetry, high-gloss teak and holly flooring, and finely crafted furniture. High gloss Camphor burl accents can be seen throughout, including the headboard in the master suite. The open galley features a fully equipped service area with a spacious U-shaped dinette beneath forward brow windows and access to the walk decks on both sides. The Command Bridge, a $175,000 upgrade when built, ensures a comfortable cruising experience. Accessed via a wooden staircase or from the upper aft deck, it includes four KEP 19" displays and a complete suite of Furuno electronics, providing stunning 360-degree views. Amenities include a Stidd helm chair, a dual companion chair, and a full aft dinette with ample seating, plus a day head for convenience. The upper aft deck is designed for entertaining, featuring a large L-shaped lounge adjacent to the bridge house, a high-gloss teak table measuring 96" x 38", a Subzero refrigerator with an ice maker, a Wolf grill, four teak deck chairs, and a Hydraulic Aritex 1600# davit. The lower aft deck serves as the entry point, with molded staircases leading from the swim deck and boarding gates on both sides. The salon is accessible through double bulkhead doors, with wing doors for the walk decks. The upper deck is reached via a molded staircase with a slide cover, and an oversized storage cabinet by the salon entry houses cockpit controls. Teak flooring graces the entire lower exterior deck, and the wide walk-around decks offer generous space. The foredeck provides additional storage and seating, while the dual windlass ground tackle is ideal for those who love to anchor. "PAWS FOR LIFE" has just been serviced, with zero hours logged since the 3000-hour service on the main engines and generators completed in June 2026. The original build sheet is available for qualified buyers to explore the intricate details invested in "PAWS FOR LIFE." This is a rare opportunity that won’t last long.
