This boat has been lovingly owned since 1987 with continuous insurance and no claims, recently passing the 2024 Insurance Survey from Geico Boat US without any gaps in coverage. Documented in New York, it holds a current Florida registration. Featuring 2 staterooms and 2 heads with an upper galley, it is powered by twin Ford Lehman 120 HP engines with an estimated 3000-5000 hours, and has not undergone major repairs or rebuilds. The Velvet Drive transmissions were rebuilt in the late 90s, and the starters were replaced in 2016. Additionally, both port and starboard injectors were rebuilt in 2016, and new heat exchangers were installed in 2022, each holding 160 gallons. The original cast iron fuel tanks have been replaced with aluminum tanks by Sunshine Welding in 2010, along with new fuel lines, valves, and manifold, and fuel filters have been upgraded to Racor 900. The fresh water tanks, each holding 200 gallons, were replaced with stainless steel in 2013, and there is a 20-gallon black water holding tank. The boat is equipped with two bilge pumps, a shower sump pump, and an 11-gallon electric hot water tank connected to the port engine's heat exchanger. In 2011, both shafts and cutlass bearings were replaced and upgraded to dripless couplings. All original teak-framed windows have been replaced with Diamond Sea Glaze aluminum frames. The bridge deck and aft deck were re-gel coated in 2023. The original electric panel has been replaced and upgraded, featuring two 30 amp shore lines, with the entire house electrical system checked and upgraded by a marine electrician in 2023. Two galvanic isolators were added in 2023 ahead of the insurance survey. The boat features an 800 amp house alternator on the starboard side, with the port side needing inspection, and belts were replaced in 2019. It has four 8D 225 AH gel batteries, forming a 900 AH house bank, along with a Magnum Pure Sine Wave 2800 inverter/charger from 2018 and two OPTIMA blue top engine start batteries with an isolated AC battery charger. A new canvas and bimini were added in 2021, and all instrument gauges in the pilot house and flybridge were replaced that same year. It features a NovaCool full-size refrigerator from 2022 and two Cruise Air AC units (to confirm BTUs, believed to be 12k and 6 or 8k). The bright work has been stripped and sanded to bare wood, covered by canvas. All interior plumbing fixtures were replaced in 2024, along with new countertops. The boat comes with three anchors: Danforth, CQR, and Fisherman. The props are regularly maintained through diving. It currently needs: new electronics (old ones have been removed), a working autopilot, a windlass, and a stove.
