Hodgdon Custom 2006

Delta House, formerly known as Windcrest, is available for viewing by appointment during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Crafted by Hodgdon Yachts in Boothbay, Maine, a company with a legacy dating back to 1816 and over 400 vessels delivered, this 98' cold molded sailing yacht showcases the artistry of Fontaine Design Group with its elegant overhangs and flowing sheerline. Designed for both coastal adventures and offshore journeys, Delta House boasts impressive sailing performance, thanks to its generous sail plan and innovative one-touch sail control featuring in-boom furling. The beautifully laid teak deck is complemented by custom stainless steel and hydraulic winches. While it maintains a classic appearance, Delta House (ex-Windcrest) embodies the sophistication of 21st-century design. Inside, you'll find furniture panels made from flame crotch veneers and flat-sawn cherry bulkhead panels, harmoniously paired with leather and fabrics that enhance the natural wood finishes, alongside selected upper panels painted in an off-white hue. The entire interior was meticulously crafted by Hodgdon's skilled in-house team. Having been owned by two knowledgeable yachtsmen who appreciated the art of maintaining a high-quality sailing yacht, Delta House is always kept in prime, ready-to-sail condition.
