The F/V Renegade is a custom-designed express-style sport fishing vessel, driven by powerful twin turbocharged John Deere diesel engines. Crafted by its owner, a highly skilled fiberglass technician, the boat features a sleek flush foredeck at the bow, a raised pilothouse in the middle, and an expansive cockpit at the stern. The interior layout includes a forward anchor rode locker accessed through doors in the foremost bulkhead. The cabin boasts an open design, with a spacious V berth located just behind the locker, offering storage beneath and on either side. Adjacent to the V berth on the port side is a comfortable settee with a table that can be folded down to create an additional sleeping area. On the starboard side, the galley is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and a two-burner cooktop. Behind the galley, you'll find a head compartment, which includes a marine toilet, sink, counter space, and ample storage. A set of steps leads up to the pilothouse, where a door opens to the engine room, which provides standing headroom throughout. The fuel tanks are positioned outboard on both sides within the engine room, along with the water and waste holding tanks. Above, the pilothouse features a helm station on the port side with seating on both sides, complemented by a curved single-piece windshield and sliding windows. The rear of the pilothouse is equipped with a marine canvas curtain with eisenglass windows that can be unzipped and rolled up. Steps from the pilothouse descend into the cockpit, which is fitted with flush hatches for easy access to bait and fish boxes, as well as the steering gear. Additionally, parts of the aft bulkhead beneath the pilothouse open up, along with hinged and removable steps, providing further access to the engine room.
