This particular vessel has been thoughtfully redesigned based on the insights of previous interior layouts for a discerning client, experienced in larger yachts and modern innovations. The layout, particularly the galley’s connection to the salon, boasts unique modifications. The current owner has relished the benefits of this meticulous design process. Accommodating six guests comfortably, NAMASTE features two private cabins, each with en-suite heads, including an aft head with a stall shower. SALON: Progressing aft, the expansive main salon is designed for comfort and entertainment. It features an entertainment center on the port side with a TV/DVD, a large central dining table, and an L-shaped settee to starboard. The dining table expands significantly, perfect for hosting dinners for 7 to 8 guests or enjoying card games on rainy days—many Freedom 45 owners find it to be a central gathering spot. The smart design places the fuel and water tanks beneath the cabin sole, maximizing the storage space available in the settee, which is ideal for heavier items without compromising the yacht's balance. GALLEY: A U-shaped galley located aft to port comes equipped with a Force 10 three-burner stove, a single deep stainless steel sink with an integrated drain board, and a microwave. The refrigeration system features large Grunnert hold-over plates for outstanding efficiency. A large deep freezer is located opposite the galley, ensuring ample storage for provisions. NAV STATION: On the starboard side, opposite the galley, is the navigation station, which includes a well-organized chart desk, plentiful storage, and a swivel chair. The area is equipped with a second VHF radio and repeater instruments for the autopilot. The passageway leads to a hanging locker outboard and access to the generator and Yanmar main engine on the centerline, complete with generator controls and a comprehensive AC/DC ship's electrical panel. AFT CABIN: Further toward the stern is the private owner's stateroom featuring a centerline queen berth and a private head with a separate stall shower. It is well-ventilated, with several opening ports and a sizable 24x24 opening hatch on the deck, along with two optional transom ports that offer a pleasant view from the berth.
