INTERESTED IN VIEWING THE VESSEL? 
We encourage potential bidders to inspect the yacht before placing a bid. Visual inspections are available by appointment only on the following dates:
- January 19, 2026: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- January 21, 2026: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

To schedule an inspection, please call or email us. During the viewing, you will tour the vessel and inspect the hull and engines; however, sea trials are not allowed. Engine cowlings may be removed for inspection, and all visitors must be escorted. Please note that a maximum of three visitors are allowed on board at any time. Each visitor must provide:
- Full name and photo identification
- A completed Visitor Waiver and Acknowledgement

AUCTION DETAILS, BID PROCESS & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
The 2011 Cruisers Yachts 540 Sport Cruisers will be auctioned as-is, where-is. Bidding opens on January 22nd, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET and closes at 5:00 PM ET. A bid deposit of US $30,000.00 is required and will be held in escrow. This deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders and must be returned to the same account as the initial wire.

Upon confirmation of sale, the successful bidder must remit the remaining purchase price via wire transfer to the designated account within five business days. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bid deposit.

The sale will be finalized within one business day after the remaining payment is made, and the successful bidder will take delivery of the vessel.
