This sailboat features a well-designed layout with two cabins and two heads, perfect for comfortable cruising. Equipped with Dometic air conditioning (replaced in 2021), it boasts both opening and fixed hatches, all with screens for ventilation. The cabin sole is finished in elegant teak and holly. To starboard, you'll find a nav station, while the dinette table and settee are conveniently located to port. The master cabin is situated forward and includes a Pullman berth that has been customized for added length and storage, along with a master head that features a shower. Storage is abundant with numerous cabinets throughout the boat. For navigation, the boat is equipped with a Raymarine C80 plotter with Navionic charts, Raymarine ST 6002 autopilot, ST60 speed/depth instruments, and a standard horizon VHF radio with a Ram mic (2022). The boat also features a 12-mile Raymarine radar and a Fusion stereo system with speakers in the cabin and cockpit, along with a 19" Insignia LCD TV for entertainment. The 12v and 110v systems are both operational, supported by a Magnum Series ME inverter/charger, with house batteries and a start battery recently replaced. Shore power is available with two 30amp services. The Yanmar 4JH4E engine (54hp, 2100 hrs) is paired with a 3-blade fixed prop and features a standing rig replaced in 2013, including a MacK conventional main with a stack pack and lazy jacks. The sail inventory includes a 135% Genoa and a Profurl roller furling system. The exterior is finished in white with a blue cove stripe, and the deck is white and grey with double life lines and gates. A bimini and dodger were installed in 2014, and the walk-through swim platform includes a swim ladder and cockpit shower. Anchoring is made easy with a Bruce anchor, 50' chain, and 200 ft rode, plus a backup Fortress anchor. The windlass is electric (Maxwell, 2014), and the boat also features an outboard engine bracket, dinghy davits, and a motor lift. Recent updates include bottom work in August 2020, standing rigging in 2013, and a new air conditioner and AC/DC control panel in 2021.
