C&C 115 2006

The C&C 115 combines cutting-edge technology and luxurious comfort. Its hull features a post-cured laminate made from epoxy resin, eglass, and CoreCell core, while the deck utilizes vinylester resin infusion. A standard carbon-fiber mast enhances its high-performance capabilities. Inside, the boat boasts two private cabins, an elegant main cabin, a functional sit-down navigation station, a spacious galley, and a head with a stall shower. With a lengthy waterline of 33 feet, the 115 achieves an impressive displacement/length ratio of 147. The hull is constructed using uni-directional e-glass reinforced with carbon fiber and CoreCell foam, ensuring strength and lightness. This meticulous construction process involves vacuum consolidation and post-curing in a computer-controlled oven, maximizing the composite's physical properties. The result is a lightweight and robust structure, allowing for additional interior features and ballast that enhance both performance and livability. The boat's 4,200-lb lead keel, featuring a low center of gravity, provides a high righting moment, supporting a powerful sail plan with a sail area/displacement ratio of 23.1.
