ACCOMMODATIONS: The main salon is spacious, featuring a large dinette to starboard that can be converted into a bunk with retractable legs. To port, you'll find the navigation station and a comfortable settee. The master cabin, located forward to port, boasts a centerline queen berth measuring 6'10" and includes an electric head with a sink and a separate shower. A guest cabin is situated aft of the main salon, also with a queen berth, sharing a head with sink and shower accessible from the main cabin. The interior has a composite Teak and Holly sole in good condition.
GALLEY: The galley is well-equipped with a top-loading freezer (Adler Barbour), a front-loading 12-volt refrigerator (Adler Barbour), a three-burner stove with an oven (Force 10), a built-in microwave, and a double stainless steel sink with hot/cold pressure water. There are ample storage cabinets, and a convenient access door for additional storage.
ELECTRICAL: Equipped with an electrical panel featuring two 30 Amp shore cords, a 110V system with nine outlets, a 12-volt system with a 100 amp battery charger, and a 2000-watt inverter. The system includes a flat-screen Sony 43" smart TV, air conditioning (17,000 BTU, 2021), and three AGM house batteries (600 amp hours) along with a starting battery (AGM, 2024) and a Balmar high-output 100 amp alternator. A bow thruster and wind generator enhance performance.
SAILS AND RIGGING: The sail inventory includes a RF Genoa (Neil Pryde) with a Profurl furler, a RF main (Quantum, 2016), and a like-new gennaker. The mast height is 59'5" over DWL (excluding antenna), with all lines running to the cockpit. The rig features two Lewmar 54 ST primary winches, one electric Lewmar 44 ST halyard winch, and one manual Lewmar 44 ST halyard winch. Teak decks were removed in January 2024 and refinished with non-skid.
DECK AND HULL: The deck is equipped with a dodger (4Q, 2022), a bimini (2013), and custom cockpit cushions. Safety features include bow and stern pulpits with double lifelines, a walkthrough transom with a swim platform and ladder, and dinghy davits with custom solar brackets. There is also a cockpit shower with hot/cold water.
MECHANICAL: The boat features a 60 lb CQR anchor with 200 ft of chain, a 30 Kg Bruce anchor with chain and rode, and a spare plow anchor with chain and rode. The Lewmar H2 windlass (2015) and a Max Prop enhance maneuverability. A bottom job was completed in January 2024 using Petit Trinidad.
ELECTRONICS: The electronics package includes Raymarine ST60+ tridata for wind speed and depth at both helms, a Raymarine 6002 autopilot, a Raymarine Axiom chartplotter, and a dual stereo MP3 Bluetooth system. An iPad with Navionics is also included.
MECHANICAL: The Westerbeke Engine 63 B Four has an estimated 4500 hours, with a top-end rebuild completed in 2016, leading to an estimated 550 hours post-rebuild. Note: the engine water intake sea cock is reported to be stuck open. Please note that the dinghy is not included.
