This boat features a comfortable layout with two cabins and one head, offering 6'1" headroom throughout. The galley is conveniently located to port and includes an aft cabin on the port side, a forward V-berth cabin, and a spacious main cabin with port and starboard settees and a folding center table with a centerboard crank. A well-equipped nav station is positioned to starboard, and the boat boasts multiple opening hatches and ports for ventilation. The cockpit is enhanced by a custom extending table and includes a gimbaled 2-burner stove with oven, a 12V refrigerator/freezer located under the nav station, and a stainless steel sink with hot/cold pressure water. The hot water heater operates on both 110 volts and through the engine. Electronics include a 2011 Lowrance HDS 7 chart plotter, an Autohelm 4000 autopilot networked to the plotter, and Raymarine tri-data systems for wind speed and depth. Additional amenities feature a VHF radio, a Standard Horizon West Marine stereo, and a 24" flat-screen TV with a media server, all powered by a 12V and 110V system with a 30 amp shore cord and a high capacity TPPL battery bank. The hull is finished in white and has a twin rudder centerboard, allowing for a draft range of 31" to 7'. It includes a walk-through transom with a swim ladder, cockpit cushions, and a Mantus anchor with 150' of chain, plus a spare anchor with 20' chain and rode. The boat is steered by a wheel and is kept on a lift, although it will require a bottom job. Powering the vessel is a Yanmar engine with closed-loop cooling and only 690 hours, featuring an oil change from 2018, a macerator, and a fresh water heat exchanger with a PSS dripless shaft seal. The sloop rig includes all aluminum spars, with optional in-mast roller furling for the 2012 RF 116% genoa, a rigid boom vang, and all lines controlled from the cockpit. Running rigging has been replaced as needed, with three Lewmar 30 ST primary winches and one Lewmar 16 ST halyard winch equipped with Spinlock clutches.
