This boat features a spacious main salon and a well-equipped galley located to port, along with a large dinette on the starboard side. At the starboard forward, you will find the master cabin, complete with a centerline queen berth and an en-suite head featuring a sink and shower. Aft of the main cabin are two guest cabins, one to port and one to starboard, both outfitted with queen berths. The interior boasts a composite Teak and Holly sole, a top-loading Adler Barbour freezer, a 12-volt Adler Barbour refrigerator, a Force 10 three-burner stove with an oven, a large microwave, and a double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water. There's ample storage throughout and an electrical panel with two 30 Amp shore cords, a 110 system with nine outlets, and 12-volt systems managed by a battery charger. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The sailing rig is equipped with an RF Genoa (North 140%) and a Profurl Furler, alongside a conventional main sail and a North gennaker in good condition. The height from the deck waterline to the top is 59'5" (excluding the antenna), with all lines running to the cockpit for convenience. The cockpit features two Lewmar 54 ST primary winches and two Lewmar 44 ST halyard winches situated on the cabin top. Additional features include a dodger, bimini, bow and stern pulpits with double lifelines, and a walkthrough transom with a swim platform and ladder. Enjoy hot and cold water from the cockpit shower, and make use of the 200-pound anchor with chain and rode, operated by a 2015 Lewmar H2 windlass. The boat is equipped with a feathering racing prop, with a bottom job done in 2018 or later. Note that the dinghy is not included. The electronics package consists of a 2011 Garmin 5212 chart plotter, Raymarine ST60+ wind speed and depth instruments, a Raymarine 6002 autopilot, VHF radio, and a dual stereo system at the nav station. The Yanmar engine hours are estimated post-major rebuild. Some maintenance is required, including rebedding ports and hatches, lubricating and exercising through-hull valves, replacing wooden pads on three through-hulls, rebedding two stanchions and deck fittings, and servicing the generator.
