Boat Description

This vessel features a spacious U-shaped Sea Galley located to port near the companionway, complemented by an aluminum spar with in-mast roller furling. The headsail boasts roller furling and a new sun shield added in 2022. With a single spreader rig, this boat is designed for both comfort and performance. While the details provided are in good faith, the company cannot guarantee their accuracy or the vessel's condition, so buyers are encouraged to verify all information through their agents or surveyors. Inside, the layout is incredibly accommodating. Forward of the chain locker is the first private sleeping cabin, offering 6'1" headroom, a V-berth with filler, hull-side shelves, and ample storage beneath the berth, along with a hanging locker to port and a Lewmar opening overhead hatch with a blind. The berth dimensions are 6'9" X 5'6". Moving to the main salon, you'll find settees on both port and starboard, with a slightly L-shaped dinette on the starboard side that converts to a double berth when needed. A navigation station is located to port, and the salon is brightened by an overhead Lewmar hatch and two opening portlights with curtains. The cabin lights were upgraded to LED in 2017. To port is the L-shaped galley, and opposite it to starboard is the enclosed head, which features 6'2" headroom, a handheld hot and cold shower, a washbasin with hot and cold water, storage, a mirror, towel rack, and a marine toilet with a 24-gallon holding tank. Following the head is the second private stateroom with 6'2" headroom, a spacious 7'2" X 6'6" double berth, and storage options, including a hanging locker. The centerline companionway leads to the cockpit and provides access to the engine compartment. The interior boasts a warm ambiance with a faux teak sole that is easy to maintain, complemented by mahogany bulkheads and cabinetry varnished by Hinckley Yacht Yard in 2018. The sporty green and white striped fabric adds a lively touch, making the space light, bright, and very inviting. Plus, the air-conditioning is a fantastic addition for those hot summer nights. The galley is equipped with a stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water, a cutlery drawer, and storage spaces. It includes a 2-burner gimbaled propane stove with an oven, a large 12V refrigeration unit (40-gallon capacity), a microwave oven, and a 6-gallon water heater, along with enclosed cabinets and additional counter storage. On deck, this vessel features a 2021 main sail, a furling 140% genoa with a 2022 sun shield, and a furling 120% jib. The standing rigging is made of stainless steel wire, and the running rigging includes various sheets and halyards for easy handling. The cockpit is well-equipped with two Lewmar #40 self-tailing primary winches and a #16 self-tailing winch on the coach house. For navigation, it boasts Raymarine ST60 instruments, including depth, speed, and temperature readings, as well as an updated touchscreen chartplotter. The entertainment options include an AM/FM stereo with a CD player and a flat-screen TV in the salon. Powering this boat is a reliable 30HP Westerbeke diesel engine with only 505 hours. Recent upgrades include a new propeller shaft and PYI dripless shaft seal in 2017, a new starter in 2017, and three new 12V batteries in 2026. The vessel features a 30amp shore power connection with a battery charger, an electric bilge pump, and an anchor windlass with foot switches. Safety and comfort are prioritized with stainless steel bow and stern pulpits, side stanchions, double lifelines, and handrails. The cockpit is designed for convenience, featuring a folding steering wheel, a deep cockpit sail locker, and an easy-access sugar scoop transom with a stainless steel swim ladder. This vessel is a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and style, ready for new adventures on the water.
