The layout and accommodations of this vessel offer ample headroom in the cabins at 6'5', with queen size berths measuring 61'X80'. Featuring a spacious 3-cabin, 2-head layout, it also boasts a 16,000 BTU Cruisair air conditioning system, 24v fans, and a Splendid 110V washer/dryer in the aft hull. Plenty of storage and spares are also included. The galley is equipped with Corian countertops, a double stainless steel sink, Miele propane stove and oven, Thermador microwave oven, and a Virtifrigo under counter dual drawer refrigerator. The port hull also features a pantry with a DW360 fridge and two freezer drawers. The vessel also features a BEP Czone monitoring switching plex system with a CAN bus system for house loads and touch screen control, as well as tank monitors for fuel, water, and waste. The electrical, power, and plumbing systems consist of 2700 watt solar panels, lithium batteries with a total of 760 amps, all circuits at 110V, 60Hz, and 24/12V DC, and an impressive Spectra Catalina 24V 300 gallon per day water maker. There are also holding tanks, a 50 amp shore power cord, galvanic isolator, and Mastervolt battery chargers and invertors. The engine and mechanical components include a Yanmar engine with 1168 hours, a Balmar alternator, a 10kw Phasor generator with 2676 hours, and Racor filters. The sails and rigging have been well-maintained, with new Doyle square-top mainsail and furling spinnaker in Nov 2023, a storm sail and lightly used pink spinnaker from North Sails, and a solent from North Sails measuring 40 SqM. The rigging has also been updated, including new running rigging, all Harken hardware, two Harken 60 Performa 3 speed self-tailing electric winches, and a Hall Spars carbon fiber mast with added check stays and extra head stay. The original mast was replaced in 2018 due to being under spec. Other notable features include an infrared thermography imaging report with all systems in good condition, and efficient cruising keels.
