Picture a spacious, one-story houseboat, combined with the easy maneuverability and docking capabilities of a cruiser. This luxurious 45-foot Stolkraft 4500 yacht, one of only nine ever built in the US, has even more to offer. Created by Harbor Master in 1998, this patented vessel was designed after extensive research and testing at the renowned Netherlands Ship Model Basin, and has since been used on large ferries and military crafts in Australia and the Pacific Rim. Upon entering the interior, just three steps down from the covered aft deck, you'll find yourself on a single level with two full bathrooms (complete with showers) and two queen-sized staterooms, both with 6.5-foot ceilings and ample storage space including closets and built-in cabinets - the master stateroom even has an en-suite bathroom. The galley, located in the salon, boasts sleek Formica countertops, a double stainless steel sink, microwave, refrigerator, and a sturdy Gally Maid stove/oven. Recently refurbished custom built-in seating lines the salon, along with a brand new Samsung 40' TV and blue-ray player, as well as a built-in CD player/radio and sound system throughout the vessel. Keeping the interior comfortable are two marine air units. The ingenious hull design features a triangular bow that transitions into a catamaran aft, with a step-cut hull amidships. According to the designer, Stolk, this unique design allows air to flow underneath the boat, creating a lift similar to that of a hydrofoil and resulting in a highly maneuverable and steady vessel with almost no bow wake, spray, or wake. Maneuvering at slow speeds and docking becomes a breeze. Beneath the salon, a pair of 8.2L MerCruiser 502-cid V-8 gasoline inboards with Walter V-drives, along with a 10KW Kohler generator, can be found. The salon also features a deluxe instrument panel and can cruise at about 25 mph, with a top speed of 33-35+ mph. A 100-gallon water tank and a 40-gallon wastewater tank, fitted for pump-outs, are also included. Upstairs, the spacious bridge deck can comfortably seat 12-15 people and includes a fully enclosed helm area with ample seating. The clean, central design of the helm prioritizes the operator's view with a 360-degree perspective, and features hydraulic tilt wheel steering and Micro Commander single-level engine controls.
