The GRP sandwich construction and foam core make up the hull and deck, with structural bulkheads made of foam core laminated to them. The deck is teak laid and the boat comes with an optional 'wing keel' made of lead and antimony. The rudder and its bearings were replaced in 2014, and the steering gear is cable-operated with a single wheel. The boat also comes with two watertight bulkheads, an anchor locker, and a lazarette. The deck hatches, main salon windows, and deck hardware were all recently serviced and upgraded. The boat is also equipped with a retractable anchor arm, a 63 kg CQR anchor with 110m of 15mm chain, and a Lewmar 4000 horizontal windlass. The 15 Lewmar winches are all serviced and in good working condition. Additional features include a sun bimini, sprayhood, and deck cushions. The engine is a Yanmar 6LYA, installed new in 2014, and has only 1255 running hours as of November 2023. Other main systems include a Kohler 20E OZD 22.5 KVA generator, five reverse-cycle air conditioning units, a Spectra MPC-3000 water maker, and three Vacuflush toilets. The electrical system is 24 V DC, with separate battery banks for navigation and radio equipment, and for the main engine and generator starting. The boat also has two Victron Multiplus battery chargers/inverters and runs on shore power when docked. Navigation and communication equipment includes an Evolution 400 autopilot, Raymarine hybrid touch chart plotter, and various VHF and SSB radio systems. The interior of the boat is finished in teak with a satin finish and includes a spacious aft helm/working cockpit, a main saloon, and an owner's cabin with a private entrance. Entertainment systems include a 46' Samsung flat screen TV in the main saloon and a 22' Panasonic flat screen TV in the master cabin, as well as a Bose 5.1 entertainment system throughout the interior and exterior of the boat. The rigging was recently inspected and upgraded in 2014, with a new mainsail and headsail added in 2014 and 2016 respectively. Other features include a 5-meter Hypalon RIB with a 60 HP Yamaha outboard motor, two Ocean Safety life rafts, life rings, and jackets, and a GME 406 MHz EPIRB. The boat has undergone various maintenance and upgrade works in the past few years, including a new prop shaft in 2018 and new air conditioning units in 2016.
