Great family boat. Just had her mechanically brought to perfect condition (all invoices/bills available)..180 hours on rebuilt engines and $6000 worth of replacement parts to make her perfect/safe for grandkids. Full survey (out of water) including complete moisture check on hull (external/internal) which turned out perfectly, no moisture in hull, transom or stringers. 3 axel trailer just redone completely (new led lights/tires/wiring harness) included. Currently fully winterized (including fogging) and shrink wrapped in a secure facility near Simcoe/Woodstock, Ontario. The full survey from June 2022 ($750) is also included...and boat has not been used since the survey, as I had her at my marine mechanics for 3 months being completely checked/repaired. The boat is only for sale as we bought a fair size resort, which comes with 32 boats of various sizes, in Georgian Bay. For sale until January 20th (15 days) at $26,000 CDN or will wait until Spring and sell for $36,000.
