'The accommodations include a beautifully-crafted Teak and Holly sole, a convenient Chart Table on the starboard side, and an enclosed guest cabin on the port side. The spacious galley is also located on the port side, while the dining area is situated nearby. The master cabin with its own head is located at the forward section. In the galley, there is a double stainless steel sink, a 3-burner propane stove with an oven by Shipmate, and a 12V/110 refrigerator from Alder Barber. The boat also has both a pressure and manual fresh water system with stainless steel water tanks and a sea water pump. Its electrical system includes a 3.5 KW NexGen generator with less than 10 hours of use, a one-year-old battery, and a combination of 12V and 110V systems. Other features include shore cords, a battery charger, and two air conditioner units. For navigation, there are a Raymarine Hybridtouch E7, two i50s, a wind indicator, an autopilot, and radar, all installed in 2017. Sails and Rigging consist of a Neil Pryde main with cover, a jib with roller furling, and a club-footed staysail with cover, all over 20 years old. The heavy, reinforced fiberglass hull has a molded boot top and full keel, with the teak decks being replaced with 'coosa' and relaminated with Awlgriped non-skid coating in 2017. The mast was also sanded and repainted during the refit, and the bowsprit was replaced. The boat is equipped with a 3-blade fixed prop and has a bimini and companion dodger. The bow roller holds a plow anchor with chain, and there is a secondary anchor with chain and rode. It is worth noting that during the renovation, the cap-rail was removed and the hull/deck joint was resealed. The asking price takes into consideration a few systems that need attention, including the inoperable and original rear air conditioner, which needs to be replaced. However, the forward unit has been replaced and is fully functional.'
