Check out this great live-aboard vessel: 1979 Ocean Yacht 40+2 Flying Bridge Trawler, re powered with Twin 1984 Caterpillar 3208 with only 2000 hours, she's barely broken in!  This seller has owned the boat about 10 years and the previous owner changed the engines from a single Perkins to the Cats.There were only 30 trawlers that Ocean Yachts built in 1979 - 1980 - own a piece of history! She has a large pilot house, two staterooms and two heads. And a double keel!Most of the interior has been redone, and is very nice. In the galley is a large newer refrigerator/freezer, a sink with marble countertop and cabinets and a beautiful mahogany bar area with storage compartments. The Spacious Galley and Living area in between the large owner's Aft Stateroom and forward V-berth Stateroom, which both include a head and shower, with an additional tub in the Aft Stateroom.  And the head room is huge - 7 feet in the v berth.There is ample rear deck room with a swim platform, & Fly Bridge with isinglass all the way around some of the isinglass is newer and some could use replacing! Don't worry about living off grid with your reliable Onan 8 KW Generator.You'll stay nice and cold with 2 A/C Units at 16,000 BTU Each. 2 fuel tanks, one holds 200 gallons and the other 225.The electronics all work.
