1970 30ft Gibson Houseboat

This is a classic Gibson Houseboat with the thick strong fiberglass haul with all the charm of a vintage houseboat that has been lovingly rebuilt from the haul up with updated modern conveniences

The exterior is white with blue trim with a medallion on the front of birds flying over sunset on the water. New paint.

The interior is red white and blue. The walls are all white and there are custom made snap on window covers for each window that will give privacy but not heat. In the salon the helm is comfortable and all the gauges have been updated. Port of the help there is a large L shaped seating bench that would hold six people with storage underneath. Aft of the bench there is a space for a TV and there is a new air conditioner in the window. Starboard down three steps is the galley with new hot water heater, toaster oven, refrigerator/ freezer, and stainless sink. Plenty of storage space in the cupboards above and below the large workspace new counter top.

Port of the galley is a space that extends under the wheelhouse and is designed for napping or watching TV. There is a TV hook up and 120v outlet. It would easily sleep two adults or several children. Very cozy and private.

Aft and port of the galley is the head with stand up shower, stainless sink, counter top with storage underneath and mirror.

The aft cabin has two bunks with storage underneath, 120v ac outlets, 12v outlets, and is wired for television.

All wiring, plumbing, and mechanical items replaced during the re-fit.

Stored since 2014 under shrink wrap.

Only used 2 seasons since the total re-fit.
