The Saffier SE 27 Leisure daysailer achieves high speeds due to its modern hull lines, providing good form stability. This sailboat ensures speed, safety, and comfort with a flat underwater section in the hull and a 2.60 m beam. Moreover, the hull and deck of a Saffier are built using sandwich and vacuum techniques, prioritizing weight reduction, which contributes to good form stability.

Above all, this sailboat is fitted with a 4.0 kW Torqeedo engine with a Lithium battery and folding propeller as standard. Furthermore, the complete electric propulsion system is 70% lighter than a comparable diesel engine, underscoring the importance of weight reduction of this SE 27 Leisure sailing yacht.

The SE 27 Leisure is capable of surfing and staying in full plane downwind while pointing high and fast upwind, thanks to her solid keel, which provides righting moment and a powerful rig. HULL
Vacuum iso fiberglass with 15 mm hard core foam. Fibreglass around the
keel section reinforced with roving to 22 mm thickness. 4 ribs laminated in keel
section to transfer forces of keel loads. Water and cove lines laminated
in gelcoat. Standard color; white, cove and waterline black.
DECK
The deck is build according to the sandwich principle with 15 mm hard core
foam. Anti-slip structure is laminated into deck and cockpit floor. The anchor
well is incorporated in the foredeck. The rail for the self-tacking jib has been
incorporated in the front of the mast. The furling system of the self-tacking
jib is placed underneath the deck, this means the foot of the jib runs smoothly
over deck. The deck is equipped with four foldable cleats to securely moor
your Saffier.
COCKPIT
The large cockpit of the Saffier Se 27 Leisure facilitates up to 8 people.
All sheets, trimlines and control lines run under deck to the helmsman’s
position for easy sail handling when you are sailing alone. All ropes will be
stored in the storage divider compartments in the benches on each side
making use of your sheets, halyards and control lines logical and ordered.
The large sundeck provides a great lounge area. There is a large storage
compartment underneath the sundeck for fenders, swimming ladder
and a fridge. The seating height and high backrest makes sure you will sit
comfortable on the Saffier Se 27 Leisure. A store away table can be installed
to have lunch or diner in the cockpit.
KEEL

INTERIOR
There is a V-berth in the front. Dimensions 2.20 meter x 1.65 meter (shoulder
height). Two sitting place or beds with backrest in the saloon. Dimensions
2.65 meter x 0.70 meter. Inside fitted with cushions on V-berth and bed /
backrest in saloon. 1 light in saloon. Underneath all beds is sufficient storing
space. A refrigerator*

RUDDER
The deep balanced spade rudder ( Jefa) fitted in needle bearings with carbon
tiller and tiller extension will deliver the right grip in water and sensitive feel
while steering. A pedestal*
with a Carbon look steering wheel* for even more
steering comfort can be installed. An autopilot*
fitted underdecks will helm
the boat for you while you trimming the sheets or relaxing on the boat while
sailing or on engine.
ENGINE
The new Saffier Se 27 Leisure is standard equipped Torqeedo 6.0 POD electric
engine with the Power 48-5000 battery including side control throttle, charger
and shore power cable all by Torqeedo. This combinations runs the boat for
appr. to 5 hours*** on engine.

• All shrouds, fittings, shackles and turnbuckles are made of high
quality 316 stainless steel.
