The self-bailing cockpit has no wood construction, featuring a premium gel coat hull laminate, a vinyl-ester barrier, and knitted bi-axle fiberglass. The high-density composite transom adds to its durability, while the hull liner and deck are perfectly mated for a robust one-piece assembly. The interior of the hull liner is completely finished, and molded-in diamond non-skid surfaces enhance safety. Rigging troughs are oversized and molded-in for easy access, and ABS backing is utilized for receiving self-tapping screws and bolts. The aluminum framework is fabricated in-house, sandblasted, and powder-coated with premium marine-grade materials. The gunwale boards are hand-laid and extra heavy-duty, while wire harnesses are made in-house using marine-grade, tinned copper wire, high-grade heat shrink connectors, and waterproof Deutsch plugs.
