SPORTCRAFT 1985

For sale 1985 Sport Craft 270 fishmaster . Originally it was a fleet boat on Lake Erie . I purchased it from the son of the deceased person who bought it from the fleet. I brought her down from NYS to fix up and use her as my fishing boat. She's a great inshore or near shore fishing boat. I was planning on also cruising the Alabama and Florida coast with the wife. I wanted to buy a larger boat in the forty foot range, so I was refitting her to sell. The number of improvements and upgrades is too much to list, but she was almost ready to list for 30k. Near everything was new on her just before Sally. She has a Mercruser 260 inboard gas motor, rebuilt with nearly all new components. New sea pump, starter, alternator, circulating pump. Plug and wires. She should have less than 60 hours on the motor Set up for a Raymarine es series MFD. It has transom mounted transducers, for down scan and side scan. Display isn't included. New 30 gallon holding tank and head. Head needs installation. At least 3 auto bilge pumps one being a 3500 gph. Solar system with controller. Remote spotlight, multiple flood lights. I had 6 deep cycle and a starting marine battery in her. She has a cabin enclosure which closes up the entire cockpit and rear deck. All the side pieces and eisenglass are new. Most of the electrical system has been improved or upgraded. She has a 10 foot beam and is heavy, so she handles rough water extremely well. Currently she's not in great shape. While she was in storage on the trailer, a person decided that he needed his drugs more than I needed my boat. He stripped what he could for scrap and then broke into the cabin and stole everything of any value. She has been neglected for the past couple of years. I have most of the parts to get her seaworthy again, but she will need a good cleaning and a few weeks of work to get her back in shape. Fuel tanks will need new fill hoses and replacement or cleaning. I priced the cleaning and it's under 700. She will need new batteries to replace the ones that were stolen. The rear canvas support will need to be replaced if the cabin enclosure is to be used. She came with 2 Canon downrigger mounts and units. One is functional. She comes with a Shorelander dual axle trailer and new tires. The trailer needs some work but is functional. She is a project boat but I've already put in over 6 years into her, so shouldn't take long before she is back in shape. I'm asking 15000 but I am negotiable.
