The 2024 V-STROM 1050 maintains its reputation of a reliable sports adventure tourer that delivers a stronger connection between rider and machine. Thanks to the advanced electronics of the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), V-STROM 1050 riders have even more comfort and control over varied roads and conditions.

For over two decades, riders have chosen Suzuki V-Strom motorcycles for their commuting, sport-touring, or long-distance touring adventures. This dedicated cadre of riders will immediately recognize the intent of the 2024 V-STROM 1050 as it arrives with an emphasis on comfort and performance for long-distance adventure touring, primarily on paved surfaces.

Finished with a new Glass Blaze Orange and Metallic Matte Black No. 2 colorway, the bodywork is a modern interpretation of the iconic Suzuki DR-Big DAKAR-beak look for true adventure style.

• ENGINE

The liquid-cooled, DOHC, 1037cc, 90-degree, V-twin engine delivers more horsepower with the same level of torque and fuel economy while achieving worldwide emissions compliance.

The large-bore, high-compression pistons were engineered with the use of FEM analysis to achieve ideal rigidity, weight, and improved durability.

• TRANSMISSION & DRIVELINE

The six-speed, close-ratio transmission is updated with higher gear ratios in first and sixth gear that smooth the shift action into second and higher gears. This also increases the sensation of acceleration to the rider when opening the throttle. The updated gear ratios also contribute to the smooth operation of the new Bi-directional Quick Shift system.

Riding on durable steel sprockets, the RK-supplied O-ring style drive chain contains lubrication pre-packed between the pins and rollers for quiet, reliable operation.

• CHASSIS

For the 2024 V-STROM 1050 models, Suzuki decided to create a new variation on proven chassis architecture to offer riders a choice of optimization geared toward their intended use or riding preferences.

• ELECTRICAL

The 2024 V-STROM’s instrument panel uses a new-generation 5-inch, full-color TFT LCD screen. This TFT display is the first of its kind on a Suzuki Adventure motorcycle.

The brightness adjustable TFT display delivers a wide range of useful information, keeping the rider fully aware of all the bike’s systems, settings, and real-time operating status.
