Each vessel undergoes a thorough pre-sale inspection and reconditioning by certified Yamaha or Mercury technicians. All onboard systems, including switches, lights, pumps, stereo, speakers, MFDs, and transducers, are tested and repaired or replaced as needed. Engines receive comprehensive servicing in line with the latest manufacturer recommendations, and customers will receive engine diagnostic downloads and compression test results. For cosmetic reconditioning, hull sides and topsides are polished to eliminate any gel coat scratches or blemishes, and bottoms are repainted with SeaHawk Monterey bottom paint. All through-hull and underwater hardware is cleaned and polished, while trim tabs are removed from the actuators, cleaned, and reattached with new hardware. Interiors are deep-cleaned and polished, and each vessel receives a meticulous final cleaning before customer pickup or delivery. Some cosmetic wear may be noticeable on the powder-coated feet of leaning posts and hardtops, as well as on stainless steel rub rail inserts, but we strive to present our vessels as close to 'like-new' as possible, accounting for up to three seasons of use and up to 800 engine hours.
