"Lady Grace" is a 38-foot WESMAC boat constructed by MAINELY BOATS in Cushing, Maine. This 2022 model features a robust fiberglass hull and was launched in Spring 2023. It is powered by a Cummins QSL9 engine (450HP) with only 320 hours logged as of May 20, 2024, and comes with an engine warranty valid until May 4, 2025, or 500 hours, whichever occurs first. Designed for charter fishing, "Lady Grace" offers a trolling valve for slow operations, perfect for catching Striped Bass and Bluefin Tuna. As the second WESMAC built by an experienced charter fisherman with nearly 40 years in the industry, her practical and functional systems stand out. The spacious cockpit includes a livewell, multiple flush-mounted rod holders, large scuppers, and easy access to the bilge through two sizeable Freeman hatches at the bow and stern. An aft station with a hydraulic pot hauler is conveniently located on the starboard side, while a Day Head with cockpit access is situated to port. A large watertight door leads to the wheelhouse, which features two washdown hoses—one powered by a hydraulic pump and the other by a DC-powered 3800 GPH Rule pump. Inside the wheelhouse, seating is available on both sides, and large windows ensure excellent visibility and natural light. Thoughtfully arranged electronics can be viewed from the aft cockpit station, and the wheelhouse is heated for colder weather. Descending into the cabin, the electronics panel is located to starboard, along with a utility closet providing access to the fuel filter and systems behind the helm. The crew head is on the port side, with counter spaces and electrical outlets on both sides. A V-berth with storage can be found ahead. "Lady Grace" is equipped with advanced electronics, including a Si-Tex NavPro 1200F GPS/Plotter with sounder, Si-Tex Koden MDC-2000 radar, and a variety of other high-quality instruments. The electrical system features a 30amp shore power connection, a Victron inverter/battery charger, and multiple outlets. Plumbing includes two manual flush heads with a holding tank, a Bosche water heater, and a 40-gallon freshwater tank. The running gear consists of a Twin Disc 2:1 transmission with a trolling valve, a 4-blade Nibral prop, and a 2-inch prop shaft, all housed in a solid fiberglass construction.
