Notable features include Groco bronze seacocks (new in 2019), a 3:1 ratio reduction gear, a 2.5-inch stainless steel propeller shaft (aligned and balanced in 2019), and a new stuffing box (2019). The vessel is equipped with a 32-inch diameter 3-blade propeller and a 40" x 40" (160sqin) skeg hung rudder. The Wagner hydraulic steering ram has been recently rebuilt, and the battery system includes a 4 x 4D AGM house battery bank (2020) and an Odyssey main start battery (2020), complemented by a Victron isolation transformer (2021) and a Blue Seas electric panel. A Xantrex inverter (new in 2000) is also included.
TANKAGE: Fuel capacity is 400 gallons, with freshwater storage of 165 gallons, and both graywater and blackwater capacities of 30 gallons each.
DECK GEAR: Notable deck gear includes a Mantus M1 83-pound anchor, a commercial fisherman horizontal drum windlass, and 100 feet of 3/8" BBB chain along with approximately 200 feet of nylon anchor rode. Additionally, a swimstep-mounted tender davit supports a 10-foot Highfield aluminum-bottom RIB tender, powered by a 9.9 HP outboard motor.
