As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious salon featuring a cozy dinette to port, highlighted by a stunning teak table. To starboard, a dedicated navigation station and office area awaits, complete with custom chairs. The well-appointed side galley to port is perfect for preparing meals at sea, equipped with a NEW '24 Force 10 3-burner propane stove with oven, a microwave, and hot and cold pressurized water, all complemented by a 12v refrigerator/freezer. Rigging features such as a custom arch for dinghy davit and solar panels, new standing rigging (2020), new chainplates (2020), and a Sparcraft mast with electric roller furling ensure reliability and performance. Electronics below deck include an autopilot with two control heads, Garmin radar and plotter, an AIS receiver, and an EPIRB with GPS (2024), alongside two handheld VHF radios. The electrical system is robust, featuring solar panels with a regulator, a Xantrex Prosine 3000 inverter/charger, and multiple battery banks, including six NEW '25 Trojan 6v house batteries. Mechanical equipment includes a Northern Lights 5 KW generator (rebuilt in 2015), a 12v watermaker (currently inoperative), and a MarineAir 16,000 BTU split system for heating and cooling. The anchoring system features a Maxwell vertical 2200 electric windlass and an 82 lb. Mantus anchor with 150 ft. of chain. Additional equipment includes an 11'6" inflatable dinghy with a 15 hp Tohatsu outboard, multiple stainless steel dorade vents, fenders, propane tanks in the deck locker, a custom leather recliner, and an emergency tiller system. Safety features include carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, along with electric automatic and manual bilge pumps.
