Stuart Mariner Rhodes 19 1994

"Surprise" is the charming name of this delightful Stuart Mariner Rhodes 19. Featuring a classic Rhodes 19 hull, she boasts a cozy cuddy cabin with three bunks, making her perfect for day sailing with two to three people, or accommodating four to five in a pinch. The owner has frequently enjoyed solo sailing adventures on Surprise, and the addition of a furling jib enhances the ease of handling. With a keel that draws 3'3", she’s designed for stability. Powered by a 2026 Yamaha 4hp four-stroke outboard motor, this boat has been meticulously maintained by the Martha's Vineyard Shipyard and remains in excellent condition. There’s also space for a small porta-potty, currently stored at the seller's home. The current owner attests that Surprise sails impressively well and handles heavier winds and gusts with surprising stiffness. While she is currently shrinkwrapped for protection, a convenient door in the wrap allows for easy access inside the boat.
